Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NovaBuild's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

NovaBuild provides web design and development services including:

• Custom website design and development
• Landing page creation
• E-commerce website development
• Website maintenance and support

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront before work begins. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and Wise. For Deluxe projects, a 50/50 split payment may be arranged. All prices are in EUR and are final upon agreement.

4. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policy:

• Full refund — if work has not yet started
• Partial refund — based on work completed if project is cancelled mid-way
• No refund — once the final project has been delivered and approved

5. Project Revisions

Each plan includes the following revision rounds:

• Starter — 2 rounds of revisions
• Professional — Unlimited revisions
• Deluxe — Unlimited revisions

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of project delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within 3 business days
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Pay agreed fees on time

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website. NovaBuild retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Starter — 7 business days
• Professional — 14 business days
• Deluxe — Custom timeline agreed upon project start

Delivery times begin once full payment is received and all required content is provided by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

NovaBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
